John Letts Owner, Founder and CEO, iTennis, USPTA / USPTR      

A former Stanford All-American, U.S. Junior National Champion and ATP player and coach, John has been involved at the highest levels of tennis for over 40 years. After creating the largest tennis management company in Southern California with six facilities and thousands of students, John decided to turn his attention to creating the #1 academy in Southern California, founding the iTennis Performance Center in 2016. John's dream is to recreate the magic of his junior development days, where at his home training ground, the Jack Kramer club, a small tight-knit community produced three #1 in the world players (Pete Sampras, Lindsay Davenport & Tracy Austin) as well as numerous top twenty ATP and WTA tour players (Derrick Rostagno, Kimberly Po, Eliot Teltscher & others).





Javier Djeu Head Tennis Professional
Javier joined the iTennis Family in the summer of '12 after running programs in Rancho Cucamonga and Diamond Bar. His high energy and enthusiasm make every lesson fun and fast pace. Javier is currently working with Juniors, ranked top 50 in So-Cal, and High School players from; San Marino, Arcadia, La Salle, Westridge, and Glendora.

Art Cano Staff Professional 


Art Cano holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Major in Accounting) from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, USA, under a tennis scholarship program. He is USPTA-certified and possesses broad experience in the development of tennis enthusiasts both in the Philippines and in the US.  He has worked for more than two decades as a tennis professional at the Manila Polo Club, an elite and exclusive sports club in the Philippines. Art also participated in the USTA Early Development Camp program while working as Head Coach at Lizardo Tennis Academy in Torrance, Ca.

 

Art brings to iTennis his wealth of experience in training young and adult tennis players in group clinics, and is also available for private lessons to interested individuals who would like to improve their tennis skills.

Roger Hollomand Staff Professional 

Growing up in the nearby Pasadena Area, Coach Roger spent his time on the Varsity tennis team at South Pasadena High school where he received MVP honors and Captain of the team. After High School, Roger played on the club team at UCLA and continues to play competitively in USTA tournaments and leagues. 


Coach Roger is a passionate player and coach who thrives on seeing others succeed on the court.  He extends that passion so others can see the benefits that tennis provides, both physically and emotionally.  He is a member of the United States Professional Tennis Association with a Professional teaching Certification.

If he's not on the tennis court, you can catch him on the basketball court, still coaching!

Dario Ruiz Staff Professional 

Coach Dario is the Head Coach of Strength & Conditioning@ iTennis Performance 
He played rugby in Argentina, where he lead his team to 2 championships. When he moved to the USA in 2001, he became passionate about tennis, captaining & playing on many USTA League teams. 

His passion for athletics and fitness led him to open his own gym, "Crossfit Pendulum" which operates in Pasadena, California. 
His Certifications include: 
    • Junior Development Instructor (P.T.R. ages 11-17)
    • "Net Gen." Certified Coach (USTA)
    • Personal Training and Nutrition Specialist (N.A.S.M.)
    • Personal Trainer L1 from (Crossfit)

Hector De La Rosa Staff Professional 


Coach Hector comes to us after spending a couple seasons as the Head Tennis Coach of Monrovia High School. His youthfulness brings a lot of energy to our kids classes and his high school coaching brings new ideas to our Academy classes and Adult clinics.



Lesson Rate: $65/hr  

















Eddie Williams Staff Professional 

Coach Eddie has extensive experience coaching students of all ages. Being a USPTA Certified Pro for 10 years, His tennis coaching background includes:
                  • Jr. Team Tennis 
                  • Junior Tournament players 
                  • Competitive and Recreational Adults

Prior to becoming a full time coach, he competed at the 5.0 & 5.5 levels while having a distinguished career as a classroom teacher. He received his B.A. in Political  Science from Cal State University, Los Angeles.
Coach Eddie was also awarded by the So, Cal Tennis Assoc. for his dedication, commitment, and service to growing the great sport of tennis.

Andy Chang Staff Professional 

    Before iTennis, Andy was the Head Coach for Cypress College (Women’s team) and Head Coach for Fairmont Prep. High School.   


He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona. His playing accomplishments at the school include: 

  • Capitan
  • #1 Singles and Doubles player

After his college tennis career, he has pursued his career on the tennis court. Working with all sorts of players, from beginners, to top ranked junior and adult players. His path at iTennis started as Director of Tennis for the past 8 years at our Whittier Narrows location which opened in 2007, now the iTennis Performance Center.


Personal playing accomplishments included:

  • #1 ranking- Men's Open Doubles (SCTA-2012 & 2016, with David Eiges)
  • #1 ranking- Mixed Open doubles (SCTA-2014)
  • #1 Ranking- Men's 5.5 Singles (SCTA-2003)
  • National Title- USTA Men's 5.0 Team (2007)
  • 1st Annual Walnut Open Doubles (Partner David Eiges, $1000 prize money)
