
One of So Cal's leading coaches, Alberto has been an outstanding coach, player and student of the game for over 45 years. He was one of his native country Mexico's top players as a junior player and moved to California to continue his training with legendary coach Pancho Segura. After being one of top junior's in Southern California, Alberto turned professional when he was 19 and toured Europe as a professional playing for the top professional leagues in Germany and France. He remained in Europe for 10 years as a playing and teaching professional.
Upon returning to the United States, he left the game for a short time to assist his family soccer business in the San Diego running a retail soccer shop and running a popular soccer league for adults. He and his younger brother Antonio returned to tennis in the early 2000s establishing a thriving tennis academy in Chula Vista and working with some of the top junior players in the San Diego area for over 15 years.
In 2019, Alberto came in as iTennis Arcadia's director bringing Alberto a new challenge to create a flourishing tennis community in Arcadia.

Growing up in the nearby Pasadena Area, Coach Roger spent his time on the Varsity tennis team at South Pasadena High school where he received MVP honors and Captain of the team. After High School, Roger played on the club team at UCLA and continues to play competitively in USTA tournaments and leagues.

Dario Ruiz Staff ProfessionalCoach Dario is the Head Coach of Strength & Conditioning@ iTennis PerformanceHe played rugby in Argentina, where he lead his team to 2 championships. When he moved to the USA in 2001, he became passionate about tennis, captaining & playing on many USTA League teams.His passion for athletics and fitness led him to open his own gym, "Crossfit Pendulum" which operates in Pasadena, California.

Andy Chang Staff Professional
Before iTennis, Andy was the Head Coach for Cypress College (Women’s team) and Head Coach for Fairmont Prep. High School.
He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona. His playing accomplishments at the school include:

After his college tennis career, he has pursued his career on the tennis court. Working with all sorts of players, from beginners, to top ranked junior and adult players. His path at iTennis started as Director of Tennis for the past 8 years at our Whittier Narrows location which opened in 2007, now the iTennis Performance Center.
